Drilling HSE Superintendent – Sharjah, UAE
Join Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC) and lead HSE excellence across drilling and completions operations.
Role Overview:
Provide leadership and technical expertise for all HSE aspects of drilling, completions, and well intervention activities across onshore and offshore operations. Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution while supporting continuous improvement of HSE systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HSE for drilling, completions, and well intervention operations
Lead and supervise site-based HSE teams
Ensure compliance with SNOC standards and UAE regulations
Support contractor management, tenders, and risk assessments
Drive safety culture, incident prevention, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / HSE / Environmental Science
NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification
15+ years of oil & gas HSE experience
Strong background in drilling, completions, and high-risk operations
UAE / Middle East experience preferred
