(share structure of 50% Brunei Government and 50% Shell) and Block B Joint Venture (comprising of Total E&P, Shell, and the Brunei Government) offshore fields. List of Brunei LNG Job Vacancy

BLNG/TUS3 – Senior Project Technologist (Utilities) – JG04

Role Purpose
Provide expert technical support and assurance for Utilities systems in BLNG projects to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as TA-3 for Process Engineering (Utilities) with primary focus on Projects.
• Deliver technical guidance and assurance from DG-1 to handover, including Performance Acceptance Testing.
• Review and approve PFS/PEFS/UEFS/PSFS and other engineering studies for new and modified systems.
• Support HAZOP, HAZID, SIL/IPF and other safety reviews.
• Lead updates to operating envelopes, variable tables, PSM requirements and scope development for turnarounds.
• Mentor and coach junior technologists and ensure quality of their deliverables.
• Provide backup technical support to Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and HSE.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics.
• Minimum 8 years experience as a technologist/process engineer in industrial utilities systems (water treatment, cooling water, air separation, instrument air, chemical treatment, etc.).
• Experience in project delivery and process design integration; TA involvement preferred.
• LNG/Gas plant exposure desirable.

Skills

• Strong analytical, influencing and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues with sound judgment.
