HSE Lead – Integrated Drilling Services
KDC is looking for an experienced HSE Lead – Integrated Drilling Services to support our in-house Integrated Oilfield Services operations.
This role is based in Kuwait, with potential support for international operations as required. The HSE Lead will provide comprehensive HSE oversight across Integrated Drilling Services, including Directional Drilling, Drilling Fluids, and Cementing. Working closely with service managers, drilling teams, and HSE advisors, the role ensures effective risk management, SIMOPS control, and full compliance with KDC’s HSE standards across Kuwait and international projects.
Key Requirements:
8–10 years of HSE experience, primarily within oilfield service operations
Strong background in Integrated Services or service-company environments
2–3 years of drilling HSE experience preferred (SIMOPS and interface knowledge)
NEBOSH or IOSH certification/diploma
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Kuwait-based or GCC candidates preferred

HSE Lead – Jordan
Integrated Drilling Services (IDS/IPM)
KDC is seeking an experienced HSE Lead to join its Integrated Drilling Services (IDS/IPM) operations in Jordan. This is a residential position based in Amman.
Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, the HSE Lead will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the HSE Framework and Management System for KDC’s IDS operations in Jordan. The role covers all HSE aspects of in-country entry, office and field activities, integrated services execution, internal and external HSE communications, coaching and development of field HSE advisors, incident investigations, inspections, audits, and follow-up of corrective actions.
Key Requirements:
8–10 years of HSE experience in drilling, with exposure to oilfield services
Proven Integrated Drilling Services (IDS/IPM) experience is mandatory
NEBOSH or IOSH certification/diploma
Tertiary education preferred
Fluent in English and Arabic
Preference for Jordanian and Middle East candidates
