Electrical Supervisor 

Experienced Electrical Supervisor responsible for overseeing all electrical activities in Block 7 field, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations across LV/HV systems in hazardous areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance, shutdowns, and projects
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards (ATEX, IECEx, NEC)
• Maintain and troubleshoot motors, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, VFDs, UPS, and generators
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Implement LOTO procedures and safety practices
• Review and update electrical drawings (SLD, P&ID, schematics)
• Support commissioning and startup activities
• Coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation, and operations teams
• Prepare job plans, risk assessments, and method statements
• Train and guide junior staff; manage materials and spare parts

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years oil & gas experience (3–5 years supervisory)
• Strong knowledge of hazardous area systems and international standards (IEC, NEC, API, IEEE)
• Experience with SAP/Maximo preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
