Electrical Trainer – Duam

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in the Electrical discipline within the Oil & Gas industry or a related sector.

• Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience delivering training in Oil & Gas operations.

• In-depth knowledge of preventive and periodic maintenance routines, HV/LV switchgears, protection systems, and electrical safety practices.

• OPITO Level 3 Assessor and Train-the-Trainer certifications are highly preferred.

General Competencies:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering.

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Instrumentation within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in training and competency assessment.

• Strong understanding of process operations (Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream) and control systems.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills.

• Preferred Certifications: OPITO Level 3 Assessor or equivalent, Train-the-Trainer certification, and CompEx certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HSE, Fire & Safety, or Engineering.
8–10 years of practical experience in HSE roles within the Oil & Gas industry.
Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience delivering HSE training programs.
Comprehensive knowledge of process safety, incident investigation, and industrial hygiene standards.
Possession of NEBOSH International Diploma and IOSH Train-the-Trainer (or equivalent) certifications is highly advantageous.
