Tool Pusher

Location: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

About the Role:

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for drilling operations? We’re looking for a highly skilled and safety-conscious Tool Pusher to oversee all aspects of our drilling rig in Kuwait. You’ll be the Abraj Energy representative on-site, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations, leading and training your crew, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Drilling Operations: Supervise all drilling activities, ensuring they adhere to company policies, client requirements, and best practices.
• Ensure Safety: Implement and enforce well control measures, conduct daily inspections, and make critical decisions in emergency situations like well control issues or rig evacuations.
• Manage Equipment: Oversee the maintenance, testing, and integrity of all rig equipment, ensuring it operates within recommended parameters.
• Crew Management: Plan work, train, evaluate, and motivate your crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Client Relations: Liaise with the client representative on operational and HSE matters, building strong working relationships.
• Administrative & Technical: Maintain accurate logs and records, approve reports, manage budgets, and utilize your technical expertise for calculations and problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in drilling operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of well control procedures.
• Ability to interpret technical data and perform complex calculations.
• A commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Computer proficiency for reporting and data compilation.
