🔹 OPERATION MANAGER

Department: Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute departmental business, production, and organisational plans
• Lead and guide team members in delivering operational targets
• Drive technical excellence and continuous competency development
• Provide leadership in resolving complex operational and technical challenges
• Support strategic decision-making with technical and operational insights
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Technical teams for seamless and optimized process control
• Contribute to major plant initiatives such as scheduled plant turnaround projects
• Coordinate gas allocation with suppliers to meet production capacity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND + 10 years relevant experience, OR
• Diploma / Certificate / A-Level + 15 years relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role
• Master’s Degree is an advantage

🔹 CHIEF OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT

Department: Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency
• Coordinate with Operations shifts, Permit Coordinator, and Maintenance teams
• Lead HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Plan and monitor divisional activities to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain Quality, Environmental & OHS Management Systems
• Develop short-term production plans with Logistics and Maintenance teams
• Manage safe and efficient operation of process and utility facilities
• Monitor plant performance and implement improvements
• Manage operations contracts (Water Treatment Chemicals & Industrial Gas)
• Support project planning and plant change implementation

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering + 7 years relevant experience, OR
• HND in Engineering + 10 years relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
• Petrochemical / Process / Production experience is an advantage
