🇧🇳 Brunei Methanol Company – Hiring Now
1. Operations Manager
- Develop and manage Operations department plans.
- Lead teams and improve operational performance.
- Provide technical leadership and support strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance and Technical teams.
- Requirements: Degree/HND + 10 years’ relevant experience, or Diploma/Certificate + 15 years. Minimum 5 years supervisory experience. Master’s preferred.
2. Chief Operation Superintendent
- Manage daily plant operations safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate Operations, Maintenance and HSE activities.
- Lead production planning, troubleshooting and improvement projects.
- Manage operational contracts and contractor performance.
- Requirements: Engineering Degree + 7 years’ experience, or HND + 10 years. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience. Petrochemical experience preferred.
3. Environment Officer
- Implement and maintain environmental policies and ISO 14001 systems.
- Coordinate environmental audits, inspections and government requirements.
- Conduct environmental training and risk assessments.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Environment/Science + 6 years’ relevant experience. NEBOSH/IEMA preferred.
4. i-Ready: HR Trainee
- Support HR administration, recruitment, employee relations and HR projects.
- Assist with HR policies, training, performance management and employee engagement.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
5. i-Ready: Process Safety Trainee
- Support Process Safety and Technical Safety programs.
- Assist with safety standards, risk management and HSE compliance.
- Develop solutions to improve process safety performance.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.
