🔔 CAREER OPPORTUNITIES – 2026 INTAKE

PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER

Department: Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Technical & Process Safety Framework in compliance with Brunei WSHO Order and COMAH regulations
• Identify and close technical safety performance gaps and manage Major Accident Hazard (MAH) risks
• Implement Process Safety Management (PSM) and Technical Safety Guidelines for operations and contractors
• Establish and maintain process safety standards, procedures, and best practices
• Drive innovative solutions to enhance process safety methodologies and performance

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science
• Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Department: Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance activities
• Monitor plant equipment performance and maintain technical documentation
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and operational issues
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and quality standards
• Supervise contractors and provide technical guidance to maintenance teams
• Support annual maintenance budgeting and planning
• Lead toolbox meetings and conduct weekly maintenance reviews
• Continuously improve maintenance practices using industry best standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of safety requirements for turnarounds and maintenance work

MECHANICAL (ROTATING) SUPERVISOR

Department: Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute planned maintenance schedules and estimate manpower and material requirements
• Coordinate spare parts and materials to ensure timely job completion
• Supervise inspection, installation, repair, and testing of rotating equipment
• Provide technical troubleshooting support to technicians
• Ensure safe work practices at all times
• Monitor usage of spares and coordinate inventory control with warehouse teams

Minimum Requirements:

• Higher National Diploma in Engineering with 5 years’ experience
  OR
• National Diploma in Engineering with 10 years’ experience

IT OFFICER (SERVER OPERATIONS)

Department: Information & Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, backups, and system security
• Monitor server performance, databases, and system health
• Oversee asset management and software licensing
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery plans
• Support network infrastructure design and optimization
• Maintain identity and access management systems
• Develop IT policies and procedures aligned with ISO 27001 standards
• Provide advanced technical support to end-users

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or CCNP certification is an advantage
