Integrated Supply Chain Director

Location: Oman

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Supply Chain Director to lead and transform end-to-end supply chain operations. The role will drive strategy, procurement, logistics, materials management, supplier performance, and in-country value initiatives to ensure operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead integrated supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee strategic sourcing, procurement, contracts, and supplier management
• Manage materials planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics operations
• Drive supply chain performance, digital transformation, and continuous improvement
• Lead In-Country Value (ICV) and local content development programs
• Ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Build and lead high-performing multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 20+ years Oil & Gas industry experience, including 10+ years in supply chain leadership
• Expertise in procurement, contracts, logistics, and materials management
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• MBA or Master’s degree
• CIPS / CPSM / CSCP / PMP certification
• Experience with Oman ICV and local content frameworks
