NBTC Group invites experienced professionals to attend our Walk-In Interviews for exciting opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.

Job Positions & Requirements

1. Welder – TIG & ARC (SS)

• Minimum 8th grade pass

• 3–5 years’ welding experience in construction, maintenance, or industrial environments

• Experience with ADNOC or ARAMCO projects is an advantage

2. Scaffolder

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil & gas construction

• Must have a valid STI scaffolding training certificate

• ADNOC / ARAMCO experience preferred

3. Manlift Operator

• 1–3 years of MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) operating experience

• Total 5 years’ experience in oil & gas construction companies

• Must understand equipment operation and basic maintenance as per manufacturer guidelines

4. Crane Operator (150–250 Ton)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil & gas construction

• Valid UAE license required

• Must be able to operate Grove, Terex, Tadano, XCMG, Sany, and all-terrain cranes (150–250 ton capacity)

5. Heavy-Duty Driver (HD Driver)

• Minimum 5 years’ oil & gas experience

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle License

• Ability to drive all types of heavy vehicles (Truck/Trailer/Flatbed/Water Tanker)

• Multi-license holders preferred

6. Boom Truck Driver

• 5 years’ experience in oil & gas construction

• Valid UAE license

• Capable of driving all types of heavy vehicles

• Multi-license holders preferred

7. Concrete Mixer Driver

• 5 years’ experience in oil & gas construction

• Valid UAE license

• Multi-license holders preferred

8. Concrete Pump Operator

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating concrete pumps

• Valid UAE license

• Oil & gas experience preferred

• Multi-equipment operation skills are an advantage
