Basic Scaffolder
Responsibilities:
- Fixing guard rails and safety netting
- Taking down the scaffolding after a job is finished
- Setting base plates on the ground at regular intervals
- Putting up the scaffolding poles (standards) and attaching the horizontal tubes (ledgers) to them with couples
- Unloading scaffolding equipment at the site
- Safety and correctly erect independent and putlog scaffolds with returns, towers and birdcage scaffolds, in tube and fitting or proprietary systems where applicable
- Interpret simple drawings
- Make alternations to scaffolds
Qualifications & Competencies:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in field with valid scaffolding certificates
He/She shall have undergone atleast 2 years scaffolding trainings, be familiar with basic scaffolding and its component parts
Scaffolding Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and carry out scaffolding work, including erection and dismantling of scaffoldings
- Design, erect and in-service maintenance of scaffoldings
- Conduct safety briefing to scaffolders
- Assist in the implementation of quality procedure and work instructions
- Coordinate with engineers/coordinators/users for all design and construction requirements
- Arrange scaffolding materials based on work requirements
- Prepare daily progress report and attend meeting organized by project departments
Qualification & Competencies:
He/She shall be with CITB advanced scaffolding certificates, minimum 10 years experiences as a scaffolder in the construction industry of which 6 years should be in the oil and gas industry and minimum 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
HVAC Coordinator
Purpose of position
Contract Coordinator will be responsible managing the assigned contract & Organization helping and creating organizational and program budgets in collaboration with the support team. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment.
Scope
Contract Coordinator plays a vital role to the assigned contract and organization by managing day-to-day activities. Driving the division generating new opportunities by overseeing the development of the market. That includes liaise with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to management as well as training and supervising employees and tracking contract performance.
Responsibilities

HSE Officer (Hospitality)
Purpose of position
To assist HSE Manager to develop and implement organizational safety programs.
Scope
The HSE Officer will be responsible for enforcing the concept of a safe work environment for the organization’s staff, clients and vendors, ensuring that the organization complies with the current Health and Safety policies that are being implemented.
Responsibilities
- Create monthly HSE reports, presentations and HSE topic that provide employees with workplace injury statistics, new initiatives and system changes.
- Participate in formal and informal communication to increase and enhance the understanding and awareness of HSE issues.
- Assist in management of any system and legislative changes to ensure tasks are undertaken safely and comply with internal and external requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely advice to managers on prevailing HSE issues.
- Continually review work practices and recommend ways in which processes and systems can be improved.
- Keep abreast of legislative changes and best practice methods.
- Direct communications between injured employees, their management and medical providers to ensure that all parties are aware of rights, responsibilities and recovery plans.
- Assist in maintaining the HSE Plans and HSE corrective actions.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits across varying locations across various sites. Unsafe conditions and unsafe acts are to be reported immediately.
- Undertake risk assessments of new or changed plant, work site, facilities, tools etc.
- Undertake a weekly Toolbox Talk. Ensure that records are maintained of the talks.
Qualification / Requirement
- Possess Food Safety certification (CIEH, HACCP)
- Supervisory level in catering field is an advantage
Ductman
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Apply, remove, and repair insulation on industrial equipment, pipes, ductwork, or other mechanical systems such as heat exchangers, tanks, and vessels, to help control noise and maintain temperatures.
- Cover, seal, or finish insulated surfaces or access holes with plastic covers, canvas strips, sealants, tape, cement or asphalt mastic.
- Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based on factors such as location, surface shape, and equipment use.
- Fit insulation around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required.
- Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws in order to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage.
- Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measures, handsaws, knives, and scissors.
- Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading on adhesives, cement, or asphalt, or by attaching metal pins to surfaces.
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Select appropriate insulation such as fiberglass, Styrofoam, or cork, based on the heat retaining or excluding characteristics of the material.
- Fill blower hoppers with insulating materials.
- Move controls, buttons, or levers to start blowers, and to regulate flow of materials through nozzles.
Minimum Requirement / Qualification
- A minimum technical qualification of National Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum of 7 years working experience as Technician or 3 years in supervisory level on HVAC system.
- Possess Permit to Work certification and competency as a worksite supervisor
Technical Assistant
Responsibilities:-
▌He / She shall report directly to the Operation Coordinator and will maintain a close liaison with the offshore Construction supervisor, onshore campaign engineer and onshore scheduler
▌He / She will be required to carry out all administrative duties offshore including preparation of times sheets, preparation of accident reports, routine daily, weekly and monthly reports and arranging daily POB and bedding and the crew changes for all of the CONTRACTOR’s personnel. All documentation will be checked and counter signed by the COMPANY nominated personnel.
▌In order to arrange for crew changes he/she will liaise with the all relevant parties in order to ensure that all arrangements are made for both the incoming crew and the outgoing crew and that the numbers and disciplines changing are compatible.
▌He / She shall ensure that all required consumables are ordered and supplied on a timely basis.
▌He / She shall maintain complete records of consumable used/on-board/on-order and control their issue, he/she should therefore have a sound knowledge of all items held in stock and their usage. These records shall be made available to the COMPANY nominated personnel on request.
▌He / She shall maintain records of all equipment and tools on board the vessel(s) and to who and when they were issued. He / She should make periodic checks that all items are still in good condition and that no items are missing. Spare tools and equipment are to be kept on-board to replace lost or damaged items. He / She shall arrange for equipment requiring maintenance to be returned to shore for repair.
▌The maintenance records of all items of equipment shall be held on-board the vessel. When arranging shipment of equipment, materials and consumables to shore he/she shall prepare the consignment note(s) and communicate with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR personnel onshore of the impending shipment, with reasons and requirements, the arrangement must be approved by the COMPANY nominated personnel before being transmitted.
▌When required he/she shall arrange for:
(i)Supply of fuel
(ii)Supply reference documentation required by supervisory personnel i.e. International Standards, Government Requirements, etc.
Qualification & Competencies
▌Must have attained minimum qualifications to ‘O’ level with good grades. He / She shall be good knowledge on Computer Operation. SAP Training is preferred.
▌3 years in an administrative position of which 2 years in the offshore oil and gas industry. Due to the large practical aspects of the job he should have a good understanding of the work content of the personnel he administers.
▌He / She must also understand the use of all tools and items of equipment provided under the CONTRACT. He therefore requires having a sound practical background. Preferably a Bruneian.
